The best selling book in Bosnia and Herzegovina since the start of the current year, "Medjugorje - thirty years of a phenomenon" has been offered on Amazon.com. English version of Croatian authors Marijan Sivric and Ivo Scepanovic has become available on Amazon beginning from Sunday.

Medjugorje is one of the towns of the Western Herzegovina municipality of Citluk in the previous Yugoslavia. The name Medjugorje is Slavic and means "area between 2 mountains". This real life story occurs in the Bijakovici section of Medjugorje. On the afternoon of June twenty 4, 1981, 2 girls, Ivanka Ivankovic, age 15, and Mirjana Dragicevic, age sixteen, were heading home from a walk. Looking toward the hill called Crnica, Ivanka saw a bright profile of a girl.
She revealed to Mirjana, "it's the Gospa!" (Our lady). On June 25, the 2 girls returned to the hill with 4 others. Their names are, Vicka Ivankovic, age sixteen, Ivan Dragivevic, age sixteen, Maria Pavlovic, age sixteen and Jakov Colo, age 10.A figure in white was calling them to come up the hill. The youngsters were somehow transported in some confusing way to a stunning lady who calls herself, the Queen of Peace. The lady gives messages to the seers for the globe.
To date, the Queen of Peace has left thousands of messages. Initially, the messages were just about everyday. Now, for the prior 1 or 2 years, they come on the 25th of each month. The idealists describe Our woman as pretty beyond words ; glowing with holiness. Her talks with the children have taken the sort of motherly sensitivity and love, and she is taken the job of both ma and catechist in advising and directing their lives.
She greets them with, "praised be Jesus, my dear children." At the end of the apparition she is pronouncing, "Go in peace, my dear children." She seems to the six idealists as a three D real image and always appears among brilliant flashes of light. Her appearances typically occur about 6:40 pm every day.
The entire evening service lasts about three hours. And this has been occurring daily since 1981! In the apparitions, the idealists don't react to light, they don't hear any materialistic sound, they don't make a response to being touched. They've been subject to a couple of systematic tests even in the apparitions, and the findings are well documented.
While with Our lady, they feel they are outside space and time. Our lady commenced imparting methodologies to the idealists in Medjugorje outstandingly early on. She has informed the idealists that each one of them would receive ten techniques. Our lady has imparted these strategies to the six idealists steadily over these past eighteen years.
3 idealists have received all 10, and after, they have stopped having the daily apparition with Our girl. The other three each have 9. The methods apply to the visionaries themselves, to the Church, to the sign, to all humanity, and to everyone, and to the entire world and to Medjugorje.
The ninth and tenth strategies are grave matters. They are definitely a censure for the sins of the planet.
The punishment is inevitable as we can't expect the conversion of the entire world. The censure can be reduced by requests and penance. It cannot be suppressed. We have to accept being completely reeducated, bit by bit, by the Mummy of Almighty God. The issue with humankind isn't lots that folk have bad inclinations, there are a lot of goodhearted folks. The problem is that we now and then don't see the truth ; we are in darkness, and many people are just blind. We do not realise that we have put ourselves into the hands of demon as we do not understand the easy way to spot the difference between wrong and right. Many people become the image of demon without even knowing it.
I don't believe that anybody could argue, irrespective of non secular alignment, that today's modern world is in a condition of crisis. All one has to do is read the paper or watch Television to be see how eroded the morals of our world became. It is surprising to hear and see the examples of torment, brutality, violence, abuse, drugs, war, crime, etc, for instance.
A lot of the world has wandered some distance from a life targeted around God and family. The answers which we want to redirect our life can be discovered by reading and living Our Lady's messages and the Scriptures.
